Casting Sand

Our casting sands are mined and produced from high purity, monocrystalline industrial quartz. They are free of clays, chemicals and other organic materials. The subround and round grain shape significantly improves mold and core making efficiency. With these sands, there are fewer catalysts, resins and additives required to maximize binder performance.

Available Sizes: A variety of sizes are available to suit our foundry customer needs. ASTM Mesh Size ranges between 40-PAN and can be delivered pneumatically with 26-ton capacity trailers.
