Carbon Injectors

Consistent and reliable injection of carbon at LMF and EAF. Consists of a simple manual control, PLC full control and HMI/MMI options. Pressure vessel to AMSE code, pressure ranges 15 - 600 psi. Full custom design with pre-assembly and testing.

Pneumatic Transporters

Designed for severe conditions, high reliability and durability. Specialized in normal silo to end point material transfer systems.

Wire Feeders

Cored wire feeders with 2, 4 and 6 path arrangements capable of feeding wire at up to 1,000 ft. /minute. Ethernet ready, Level 2 Communications and include Allen-Bradley PLC system, HMI, Operator Screens and custom wire guides.
